According to the National Health Service in UK, depression is a serious illness. If you are depressed, you will have feelings of extreme sadness that are severe enough to interfere with your daily life and can last for long periods of time and Wikipedia says “Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity that can affect a person’s thoughts, behavior, feelings and physical well-being.”

This means literally they have no power to move, no fuel, humans need energy to do anything. “Depressed people may feel sad, anxious, empty, hopeless, helpless, worthless, guilty, irritable, or restless.

They may lose interest in activities that once were pleasurable, experience loss of appetite or overeating, or problems concentrating, remembering details or making decisions; and may contemplate or attempt suicide. Insomnia, excessive sleeping, fatigues, loss of energy, or aches, pains or digestive problems that are resistant to treatment may be present.”

All of these are expressions of negative energy from our view. The way we interpret all these seemingly unrelated disorders is that they are basically all results of too much negative energy. As we breathe in oxygen, we take in energy, as we eat food, we absorb energy, when we sunbathe we receive energy from the sun. This energy starts off fresh and positive, however, if this life energy is not flowing around the body freely and it has become blocked, usually in the organs and energy channels, the meridians, it turns negative.

Depression may be genetically inherited, as it tends to run in families because biologically they may have some physical weakness in the internal organs, which can influence the emotions adversely too and can also be a result of certain behavior patterns and lifestyle choices.

What we understand, is that how we live, how we react to situations and daily habits, food, exercise, our work and relationships will all influence on our health and vice versa.  We believe that we need educating in how to take care of our energy, in order to regain health and maintain balance in our emotions and in order to function in a healthy, happy, balanced way we need to make sure we have a constant source of fresh quality energy and that it is flowing around our body, so that it will be constantly pushing out the old, used energy before it pollutes our system, in this way we say we have good friction.

It is this friction of the old energy being pushed by the flow of new energy that creates the high spirit, good feeling we need for health. Just think how great you feel when you get out of the shower, fresh, warm, clean. It’s exactly the same when you have received fresh energy.

We have researched many natural techniques and have tested them on ourselves to find what works best. We know that depression is just low energy and we also know how to increase energy and rebalance so that the depression simply disappears and is replaced by high spirit and improved health and ability to get on with life. It is not an overnight job but will need to be worked on consistently in order to get lasting results and depending on how heavy and long the depression has been there for but it is a natural, non intrusive and highly effective way.
